Passions I’ve Nurtured

I believe that in work, and in life, you have a responsibility to ‘leave it better than you found it’.

I’m always looking to impact outside of my role, even at a grassroots level. To me that means impacting company culture. I have been known to bake colleagues a birthday cake or organise a team tennis day. It also looks like supporting responsible consumption and sustainability by sewing my own clothes. I’m passionate about supporting organisations focused on education and youth development.

When your alter-ego has a name, and that name is ‘Sparkles’, you know you’re dealing with someone with a zest for life! Anna is truly a pocket rocket – a pint-sized human on a quest to make a difference: for customers; for people she works with; and for those really important causes which often look too big for one person to tackle.

Professional development in disguise

I run Marketing Uni, our professional development program. I took a group of junior marketers and used it an opportunity to upskill them on developing a brand strategy and campaign. This was the first time UnLtd & Be Centre had partnered with a Marketing team.

Building the next generation

I’m mentor through The Australian Business Council Network, Practera Next Innovation and as a guest lecturer at The University of Sydney Business School.

Transforming not-for-profits with marketing

I consulted on brand strategy for Beyond Equality, The Man Cave for Good for Nothing and contribute to record levels of fundraising as a committee member for The Arnott’s Foundation.
